You can cancel yourself at any time from Settings → Billing. For a refund, email support@crescendoverse.com from the address on your account — the full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and when access is granted after payment is in the Service Delivery Policy.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what we hold, get a copy of it, or have it deleted, write to privacy@crescendoverse.com. What each of those covers is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can also export everything yourself, in one click, without asking us.
Security
If you have found a vulnerability, send it to support@crescendoverse.com with security in the subject and we will pick it up first. Please give us a chance to fix it before publishing.
