Nothing is shipped

Crescendo is a web application. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier — so there is no shipping address to give us, no tracking number, and no delivery charge on any order.

When you get access

Immediately. Plus is activated on your account the moment the payment is confirmed, which is normally within a few seconds. You do not need to sign out, reinstall, or wait for an email — the features simply appear.

A receipt is emailed to the address on your account, and every invoice stays available under Settings → Billing.

Where it works

Everywhere. Crescendo runs in a browser and installs to the home screen on both iOS and Android, so access is not limited by region and there is nothing that can fail to arrive.

If access does not appear

On the rare occasion a payment succeeds and the account is not upgraded, email support@crescendoverse.com and we will fix it the same business day. If we cannot, you are refunded in full under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
